IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT TRANSPONDER ENFORCEMENT
The California Vehicle Code requires all vehicles using the ExpressLanes to have a FasTrak® transponder properly mounted on the windshield. Please be aware that simply having the FasTrak on your dashboard or in your vehicle and not in one of the locations provided with your FasTrak transponder may result in a citation from the California Highway Patrol.
